By selecting well the foods you eat, you are cultivating the soil from out of which your self grows.

WEEK 1
Fat & Oils
Throw away polyunsaturated oils.
Become aware of saturated fats-keep as low as possible.
Throw away artificially hardened fats (margarine)-partially-hydrogenated fats (cookies).
Safest oil is olive oil-extra virgin (keep in fridge), greenish yellow color is best.
Get rid of anything with artificial sweeteners or colors-biological hazards.

Diet
Eat broccoli, increase variety of vegetables.
Eat salmon (omega-3 fatty acids-reduces clotting factor of blood)
Flax seeds alternative source of Omega-3-1 tbsp./day
1,000 - 2,000 mg Vitamin. C, 2-3 times per day (anti-oxidant)

Exercise
walking-moving arms, 10 min/day

Mental/Spiritual
breath observation, 5 min/day

WEEK 2
Diet
Fish once a week. Soy products.
Japanese green tea lowers cholesterol.
Supplement-mixed carotene w/lycopene, one 25,000 unit capsule/day

Diet
